Progress of construction work at building B4 (September 2015)

Warsaw, September 4th, 2015.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The percentage of completion ratio of the buildings B4 is 79%. Wall masonry works are completed in 100%, roof insulation in 95%, external media networks in 95%, sanitary installations and ventilation in 65%, electrical installations in 65%, plasterwork in 90%, external railings in 80%, windows in 97% aluminum joinery in 85%, elevation in 90%, terraces and balconies insulation in 95%, floor screeds in 90%, garage flooring in 65%, painting of the apartments in 50%. Laying of the gres tiles on the terraces and balconies is in progress. It is completed in 40%. Internal doors are finished in 45% and window sills in 85 %. Set up of elevators is completed in 90% and garage platforms in 20%. We have began road works.
