The Best Residential project of 2012-2015. Award PZFD.

Ostoja Wilanów with the Best Residential Project of 2012-15 award
We are very pleased to announce that Ostoja Wilanów estate won second place in the competition - the Best Residential Project of 2012-2015 - in the category: Buildings in line with the principle of sustainable development. The aim of the project, which is organized by the Polish Association of Developers, was to award the projects which create ideal conditions for living, are useful for residents, environmentally friendly and implemented in accordance with the principle of sustainable development.
Ostoja Wilanów estate was appreciated by the jury of the competition for its unique urban concept, which draws its inspiration from the idea of the garden city, and at the same time is based on the newest architectural solutions.
The award, which is one of the most important industry awards in the country, was presented at a gala held on December 10th, 2015 at Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw. Undersecretary of State in Ministry of Infrastructure and Development and the Association of Polish Architects took honorary patronage over the contest.
